Overview

The company for sale, “TowerCam USA,” sells a turnkey “franchise” to customers. You will supply customers with a unique, highly desirable photography system with which they can start their own business shooting commercial projects such as real estate, advertising, deck and pool builders, unique portraiture etc. (We are selling the “parent company, “ TowerCam USA, not an individual “franchise” or territory.)

Your “niche” will be in the form of a tripod (or mast system) that raises up about 60 feet with a digital camera secured up top. This camera is controlled via a laptop from ground-level. The opportunity is for your customer, the owners of the system you supply, to make profits shooting residential and commercial real estate, advertisements, provide an elevated security system for venues, assist in field studies and so on. This type of system has been available in Europe for a few years but is almost new to North America. TowerCam USA is poised to be the major player in this new, emerging industry.

Technically we (you) are NOT a “franchise” though we use that term loosely in our marketing, and make it clear to our customers prior to closing a deal that we are NOT a franchise, and make it clear that there are not any franchise fees, royalties, legal or accounting fees, etc. That said we also do not provide any services (accounting, legal, tax, etc) beyond the selling of the business assets.

What you will provide to new owners is an all-inclusive, fully tested and ready for operation and profits photography system that is a business opportunity to your customers and that provides them a ‘niche’ market to grow in. The new (“franchise”) owner will be required to own nothing else (beyond a vehicle, a printer to print invoices etc, and a cell phone).

Marketing TowerCam USA

A direct sales approach to marketing has been used in the past. Almost everything is handled via email and phone. Details regarding marketing efforts can be discussed after an “NDA/No Compete” is signed.

More specifically TowerCam USA marketed on the internet on selected websites, I take a few calls from interested parties, I gather needed gear both locally and internationally (this is painfully easy), and supply the customer with a great system that they all, 100% are excited to get, can't wait to use, and are terrifically enthusiastic once they use it. That has ALWAYS been the experience, bar none.

Technology – ease of use

The TowerCam system is reliable and very simple to use. There is no technology involved in our system that most people have not already used. As the supplier of this equipment you will be fully trained on its use so you may speak about it with authority. It is designed for the masses and is very simple for your customers to learn. A written manual will be provided as well. We could also put together a training DVD for you to distribute to your new owners.

Training
Upon sale of the business I will come to your location and spend 2-3 days training the new owners on the system we provide (takes about half a day to learn), how to set it up, use it, support it, we'll talk alot about the customer, marketing, supply sources, importing etc..

MONEY

Here is a table of deposits made into the TowerCam account (High Definition LLC). Truthfully, this represents NOTHING compare to what a motivated business owner could do in sales. If you invest more than the 7-10 hours a week that I did then you'll probably do quite well.
